Yes! Finally it all came together! I was in control, surfing steadily over the water and really enjoying it. A young paragliding couple from Switzerland was visting my spot and we had a good time together talking about wind and watching the girl learning to kite, getting dragged over a field a some point. He was taking it quite easy as he had no idea how to kite either - yoor! Just the festive way we like it. Fantastic evening - great to have people there to share it all with.

I am now kiting with my old kitegear again, which seems a lot more powerfull than the previous rig I was playing with, and also less forgiving.
